If you believe you've found a security issue in Melt, email [email protected] with the details and steps to reproduce it.

We acknowledge reports within two business days and keep you informed while we look into it.

Only test systems Melt owns and runs, not customer systems or third-party services.

Don't access, change or delete data that isn't yours, and don't run denial-of-service, spam or social engineering tests.

Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it.

We won't take legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.

We don't offer paid rewards for reports.
